What is it?

Mama D brings you a weekly 'learn to rock n roll' class comprising of a stroller warm up, beginner and improvers classes and an hour of amazing music guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

What Music is played?

Expect jive, 50s RnB, rockabilly, doo wop and strollers in this diverse but highly achievable class.

I can't dance!

Mama D (Lyndsey) has been teaching both jive and Ceroc for over 17 years and travels the UK and abroad teaching and competing. Her style of teaching means that you will be dancing with confidence within just a few weeks.

Nobody to go with?

One of the great things about this class is that there's no need to come with a partner. Everyone will be changing partners throughout the lesson, meaning that you will be making new friends along the way!

Getting into shape

Dancing rock n roll raises your heart rate and burns around 400 calories an hour, but it's much more fun and sociable than going to the gym!

No special clothes or shoes are needed, just casual wear.

THE BAR WILL BE OPEN (own drinks not permitted).

ENJOY great music and great fun!
